Application for Academic Title
All new applictions for Academic Levels A - D (including Registrars), as well as renewals, should use the Application Form to apply.
If you have held an Academic Title for the past three years and would like to renew at a higher level you will need to use the Application Form to apply for Promotion.

QIMR (Queensland Institute of Medical Research)
QIMR (Queensland Institute of Medical Research) employees should not apply for an academic title but apply for an adjunct title by contacting Human Resources.
