UQ’s School of Medicine is recognised as one of only four world class Schools of Medicine in Australia and is ranked highly both nationally and internationally.
Working with a community of scholars, clinicians and stakeholders, we provide award winning medical education in small case-based and problem based learning groups.
As Australia's leading global Medical School, we offer a variety of clinical placements within Australia and internationally. In 2008, 109 students completed rotations in 36 different countries.
Operating over multiple sites with Queensland Health, private health service providers and international partners, the School is organised around Clinical Schools, each led by a senior academic clinician.
